About the Founder

Astrid Manuel Molina is the President of AM Master Tax Resolution LLC, a premier Tax Resolution and Tax Planning firm based in Tampa, Florida. He is a licensed Enrolled Agent in good standing and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, as well as a Master of Taxation (MTAX).
The Enrolled Agent (EA) license is the highest credential awarded by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). It grants tax professionals unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. This credential authorizes Mr. Molina and AM Master Tax Resolution to represent individuals and businesses in all 50 U.S. states, including Puerto Rico.
Astrid retired from the IRS after a distinguished 30-year career. During his tenure, he served in multiple key roles. He began in the Automated Collection Service (ACS) department, working closely with Revenue Officers (ROs), and later advanced to Revenue Agent positions within the Small Business & Self-Employed (SB/SE) Division and the Large Business & International (LB&I) Division.
For the last eight years of his IRS career, Mr. Molina specialized in auditing international tax cases. His work included:
- Compliance for Global High-Wealth Individuals
- Transfer pricing and tax treaty compliance
- Large corporation audits, including Passive Foreign Investment Companies (PFIC)
- FBAR (FinCEN) audits for foreign bank account reporting
- Oversight of Puerto Rico tax incentives, including Act 20, Act 22, and Act 60
Mr. Molina’s deep expertise in federal tax law, along with his extensive experience in both national and international tax issues, makes him a highly trusted authority in tax resolution. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate even the most complex IRS matters with clarity, confidence, and results.
