Astrid Manuel Molina, MBA, BBA, EA, brings more than three decades of direct IRS experience to every case. As a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA), he is federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
With an MBA in Taxes and a BBA in Accounting, combined with 30+ years working inside the IRS, Mr. Molina offers a rare perspective on tax resolution. His background includes serving in leadership roles across several IRS divisions, including:

- Small Business & Self-Employed (SB/SE) Division
- Large Business & International (LB&I) Division

Rivera-Pantoja is the Vice President of AM Master Tax Resolution LLC, where she plays a vital leadership role in helping individuals and businesses successfully resolve their most complex IRS tax problems. With extensive experience in administration, client support, and technical systems, Mildred ensures that every client receives personalized, professional, and results-driven tax resolution services.
At AM Master Tax Resolution LLC, Mildred oversees operational efficiency and client satisfaction, supporting the firm’s mission to provide strategic tax relief solutions with integrity and precision. Her commitment to excellence helps maintain the company’s reputation as a trusted leader in IRS representation and tax resolution.
Mildred is currently completing her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Accounting, building on prior university coursework in the same field. Her academic foundation and ongoing education in accounting and finance strengthen her ability to guide clients through challenging tax situations while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Before joining the tax resolution industry, Mildred gained extensive experience across multiple sectors, including retail management, technology, banking, and insurance. She began as an Assistant Manager in the supermarket industry, where she developed essential leadership and organizational skills. Later, she transitioned into the technology sector, serving as a Remote Help Desk Technician for both a telephone company and a banking institution. In these roles, she supported operations across Puerto Rico, resolving technical issues with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Mildred also worked as an Administrative Assistant and Remote Help Desk Technician in the insurance and banking industries, providing administrative and technical support that enhanced customer experience and operational workflows. Her diverse background has equipped her with the adaptability, analytical thinking, and customer service excellence that define her leadership approach today.
